I will NEVER order from you again!!! I’ve written an email and still haven’t gotten a response. My clippers have been back ordered too many times. I cannot do my job because you don’t send the stuff needed! I’m going elsewhere to do my business from now on. And I will be spreading the news to NOT ORDER FROM PETEDGE!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

New ownership is terrible
Have ordered from Pet Edge for nearly 20 years but will no longer be doing so. The last order included broken/malfunctioning equipment which has been impossible to return as the shipping labels never arrive. We also received empty packages with missing product. Then a week or so later they sent us products that we never ordered at all, and charged me for them. Again, impossible to return or get refunded for, and no compensation for shipping, customs and duty charges. Ordering equipment has turned into a nightmare and a project that we don't have time for.

Missing psckage -found
Wonderful post office error. A substitute carrier put in wrong box. All is well . Love Pet Edge, been a customer for years Thanks Tracking says put in mailbox on 2/28 at 4 pm but as of 3/2 I have not seen the package.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. Once an order leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the delivery company its kind of out of our hands. It looks like we issued a refund for half of your delivery fees. Please accept out apologies regarding this matter.
