Order process was good,delivery was good and all delivered as committed. Some information on website was inaccurate, what glade to use with combs. Also website is hard to find additional info so you have flip the catalog and website to get the full story.

Love the products and prices but not crazy about the shipping fees. I'd order more stuff if every little thing ordered at different times has a $10+ shipping fee. Instead I pay a more for the actual item on Amazon but with no shipping charge it still comes to less than what I can purchase it for on petedge. I only order stuff from petedge when it is large items that qualify for free shipping.

I order from pet edge all the time for my grooming business. I have run into issues checking out on the website a few times and also have had issues with something's being out of stock. That being said I always get my stuff before the estimated time and love the selection on everything they have. I am a loyal customer for sure.

Everything was as always great, except I ordered spray cologne instead got glomagic shampoo, yet I kept it need to read orders better... Long time customer.

Everything is fine with normal products just waiting on a grooming table to be shipped.

My second time ordering for self from petedge and I have no complaints at all !! It was awesome . I would have loved more email updates on shipping but however it was still a great buy and shipment. Thank you very much !
