Fed ex shipment rate is too expensive
Response from PetEdgeMay 11, 2026
We absolutely understand the expense of delivery fees, and we haven't increased our rates yet and wish we had other options as a smaller business we have only been able to offer free shipping at $99.00 for qualifying products. We appreciate you supporting a smaller business and thank you for letting us know your disappointment in shipping rates. PetEdge

Before I placed my order it says that I qualify for free shipping. But when I tapped process order, it shows that I have a shipping fee of $28+. I sent them a message, hopefully they can fix the problem.
Response from PetEdgeMay 11, 2026
Hi Deborah, We reviewed your order and the total on your order was $57.98 and then after the discount code was put in went down to $52.18. Our free shipping offer is for $99.00 or more in a total. We aren't sure if you had other items in the cart when you were shopping, and we tried to replicate the order and received the same results as you did. We appreciate you letting us know about the shipping issue and will have one of our team connect with you today for a resolution. Thank you PetEdge

Never going to use this anymore , you have the worst customer service ever ! Delivery service and customer service. Update from your response: this is a lie, I already contact my Amex an received full refund , this is ridiculous and I see that there are many reviews about this , so I am not the only one , and the way this was handled my your CS team as beyond unprofessional!!

Hi Diego, We have reviewed this matter with you and confirmed that the package was delivered to the address provided. The delivery photo also clearly shows the package at your residence, including the FedEx vehicle reflected in the glass of your door. We understand your concern regarding the possibility of package theft after delivery, and we certainly appreciate how frustrating that situation can be. However, based on the delivery confirmation and supporting photo evidence, the package was successfully delivered. Please note that once a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided, our company is not liable for personal property that may have been lost or stolen afterward. For future deliveries, if package theft is a concern in your area, FedEx provides several delivery management and security options that may help prevent similar issues. You can review those options here: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/faqs/receiving/prevent-stolen-packages.html

Did not recieve order
Response from PetEdgeMay 6, 2026
Hi Charley we will be reaching out to you today, as when you ordered the product back on 04/13 they were on back order then, and we apologize as you must not have seen that on the website. We will contact you today with the dates of expected delivery to our warehouse. Thank you PetEdge

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My order was cancelled without any notification, which is unacceptable. This was my first time purchasing from your company, and I specifically needed professional-grade tools to groom four dogs, including three doodles that require proper equipment. I intentionally chose to invest in a high-quality product, and instead was left without the tools and no explanation. At a minimum, customers should be notified of cancellations so they can make alternative arrangements. This lack of communication reflects poorly on reliability and customer service. I would appreciate an explanation and clarification on what happened.

Again, I got the wrong item. Didn't pay attention to how I ended up ordering an expensive nail clipper when I was aiming at the sale sprayer (6 in 1). Your website is awful. It is difficult to navigate and follow through to payment I really want the darn sprayer, so I am ordering it again (4/26/26). My charge is for the nail trimmer. I'll keep the nail trimmer, probably far easier than attempting to return it. After this, Amazon is looking better for anything I need and know how to search.

Hi there, this is awful odd as your order that was placed on 04/26 and is in our warehouse in picking and packing and it is the sprayer 6 in 1. We are going to contact you today as we do not see any other orders for you, so we are unsure where the nail trimmers came from. We appreciate you letting us know, but rest assured your order from yesterday is in our picking and packing process. Thank you PetEdge.
