Mary was so great. Computers were not cooperating. Had been on with 2 other girls and got cut off but, 3rd time was the charm. Mary worked hard to save my order so it could finally be put in. Have been notified that the order has shipped, so hoping to get it in the next couple days

My clippers broke Tuesday (ordered elsewhere), just stopped mid groom. I panicked and immediately got on pet edge and ordered a new pair. In the mean time I was babying an old corded set. It's December and the holiday rush is real. I was worried it would take forever for them to be delivered, and I'd lose money. They showed up Saturday. I couldn't be more pleased or more impressed. Amazing job! Well done, great price as well

DELIVERY WAS SOONER THAN EXPECTED, ASSEMBLY WAS RELATIVELY EASY AND THE UNIT LOOKS VERY NICE. OUR KITTEN IS STILL CHALLENGED BY THE SHELVES BUT WE COVERED THEM AND HE'S ADAPTING. ITS BOTTOM FLOOR IS JUST BIG ENOUGH FOR A STANDARD LITTER BOX AND COMFY BED. HE SLEEPS THERE AT NIGHT AND SEEMS TO HAVE A COMFORTABLE SLEEP. WE ALSO CLOSE HIM UP WHEN WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE BECAUSE HE GETS INTO EVERYTHING, INCLUDING THE XMAS TREE.
