Good selection and descriptions. Quick delivery of the in stock items, appropriately packaged to prevent damage. (If everything I wanted was in stock, it would have been even better.) The site is a little fiddly when you are searching for items, but it got there in the end!

Petedge is great for getting pet related equipment, they usually ship decently fast. My only problem is it is hard to find discounts or sales on most items.

I wish there was an option to have the entire order ship together instead of them just shipping when they become available. I still haven’t received some of the things I’ve ordered

We love PetEdge! Great products, variety and prices! The only minor objection I have is high shipping minimums. I really like my free shipping but sometimes it's difficult to hit the minimum. On the plus side, I can always find everything I'm looking for.

I got my products and they work. However there wasn't enough air bags in the box so the clip comb was out of the case rattling around. Thankfully not damaged. The clipper is nice and quiet, the on and off button is a little stiff though, but I guess that's just part of the design. Overall it was good, so 4 stars.

Good Afternoon Virginia and thank you! We apologize for the poor packaging and will be sure to alert our warehouse staff to avoid future boxing issues. You are correct, the on off button will loosen up after time but if it doesn't please call us and we will rectify for you!

The products and customer service are great as well as the prices. My only complaint is it doesn’t say when you order them that things are in stock or on back order. I ordered these for my daughter who is a professional groomer and she needed them right away and only one of the five blades I ordered was in stock and the others we’re going to take 2 to 3 weeks and she needed them right away. So it would be helpful if you indicate when they’re in the cart if they’re out of stock.

Good Afternoon Karen, we very much appreciate this feedback and our sincere apologies for the back ordered Andis blades which are due back in August. We are working hard with our partners to improve on product availability and your input is very important in helping us improve. Thank you.
