The main items I ordered were not in stock, but saleswoman didn't tell me that. She was not very friendly and seemed bothered. I will rethink about ordering from Petedge again.

Things were out of stock and I wasn't notified when I was purchasing it. I ordered longer guard comb set expecting to use them for a client that gets a longer haircut and I booked them the day after they were supposed to be here and now that's past and they are still not here and they were very upset.

Decent price if you buy alot, but overall PetEdge is good. The only thing that is bad is the return. I got defective item where I would have to pay shipping to return it back. In order for them to pay for shipping I would have to take photos and example. Let's keep in mind I received defective item from them.

Received wrong blades & when I called customer service She acted like I was a bother & didn’t even offer to send correct just let me returned so I told her thank you I would now order them from Chewy . She still never offered to send correct. So yep ordered from chewy & will continue to do so Thank you for asking
