I bought two snake chains at a value of approximately $30 US with UPS shipping of approximately $40 US. Item shipped on March 28th and I received the first notice from UPS on the 8th of April with an additional brokerage charge of over $40 CDN. These were very expensive show collars because of the shipping and the brokerage fees applied. If you are shipping to Canada, please be aware of the fees. Simply ridiculous!! I won't be shopping cross border again. I only did it this time as shipping from Canadian suppliers was a longer wait. However, shipping took longer than expected using UPS and I did not receive the items on time regardless.

First order I placed took 4 plus weeks to deliver. Product was damaged in transit and UPS sent back. I got UPS notice a week before hearing from PetEdge.

Bought 3 little fuses for my dryer which I bought from Pet Edge a year or so ago, the shipping cost was more than the product and they thru in a handling fee! For something that barely weighed a thing! Been a customer for over 30 years but will not buy again....EVER!

Ever since they moved their warehouse to Reno, it seems they don’t carry many of the products we ordered on a regular basis and the shipping charges have doubled because we are on the east coast. The customer service has taken a hit recently also... not as much knowledge as there used to be!!

I wish petedge had more grooming stuff. It took a long time to get my order like two weeks

Shipping takes WAY TO LONG!

I have called twice to try to return a product that was not performing properly. I was told "no problem" and that a return prepaid address label would be E-mailed to me via UPS. No label, checked spam & junk. They keep telling me it was sent, I keep telling them they need to resend because I didn't get it! Very frustrating!

DO NOT order a grooming table from these people/ We have had electric tables on back order for almost a year! They continue to show up in their catalogs but not in delivery. We used pet edge for supplies for our store but not anymore. Since they were bought out their level of service has dropped significantly.
