I was not sent 50 pieces of the goods I ordered, first they sent 31, and then they added 19 more. It is not convenient to receive the goods in parts

I personally have not liked the customer service at PetEdge. I’ve had a problem with some of my products and they tell you to call the company. They don’t stand behind their products. I did not even get the correct phone number for the company I was trying to get a hold of.

PetEdge has always been my go to place for professional grooming products for the last few decades, but I ordered clippers last Dec. and I still haven’t received them. I understand there are supply chain issues these days, but no one from the company has bothered to keep me informed on the progress of my order. I send a email every month inquiring and you give me another shipping date a month or two out. I would prefer a more honest answer.

ordered blades for christmas 2021. they did not come in and it took 5 phone calls over the next 3 months to finally get them. your company kept putting them in back order status even though your staff said they were in stock. no apology or anything. your company is incompetent.
