ME Grooming Table and accessory poorly packaged and packaging abused by warehouse or by UPS. Very bad communication with and by customer support and 800 number reps.

Pet edge still offers the best prices and shipping rates. I have been a customer since New England Serum in 1994. The customers service has tanked and the website hasn't functioned properly each time I go to use it. I used two different major browsers and the shopping cart failed again. I called to order and the rep equipment wasn't working so he kept hanging up on me. Everytime I called back I got the same guy! 4th time he could hear me. New reps don't repeat item and price to confirm and since I checked he messed up the order but I cought it! It took me almost an hour to order shampoo. Horrible!! Wet site shopping cart needs support. Customer reps need better training. Ordering from pet edge has become almost unbearable in the last two years. I loved pet edge customer service in the early 2000's. Bring it back!!

Every time I order from PetEdge something comes damaged! And I’ve contacted y’all about this and y’all don’t do anything to replace or refund the damaged product. Idk why I keep ordering from PetEdge.

I only got part of my order due to things being out of stock. It said I would be charged for the remainder of my order when it shipped. I was charged for it a week ago & still have not received it.

No Adams flea spray, no aerosol dog cologne! Disappointed in selection and trying to place an order online is difficult and not user friendly. Operators act like you are bothering them when asked to help.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is with the lack of clear communication on their website. The scissors I ordered never said out of stock or anything like that. 2 weeks go by and no scissors. So I email them ASAP, guess their out of stock. Needed my scissors now. If the product would have been out or on back order, it really should have been labeled that online. Wouldn't have ordered from here if that was the case. Would have just ordered elsewhere
