I have reordered Wahl clipper blades My last shipment went rusty within a few weeks. contacted pet edge.were not very interested in the issue. If it happens again.I will not use Pet Edge again. They do not stand by the products they sell. Very disappointing!.

I received a box with an invoice for 10 items and only 1 physical item inside the box....I'm still missing 3 items of the original 13 I ordered..... customer service never answer my questions regarding the original missing items and I have yet to receive proper tracking numbers for the missing items. Update may 25th: I'm still missing the last 3 items that have not been delivered.

I have been a long time customer of pet edge and I placed order through the 800 number. One item in catalog was not coming up as it was priced in the catalog (I even told her the catalog and expiration of catalog ) . I asked to see if someone could fix the issue and instead she quoted something about petedge reserves the right for ? It was not an expensive sale but I was totally displeased with her inability to try and help .
