PetEdgeReviews of petedge.com

Petedge provides a great array of grooming products. There are some wonderful training products available also but I would really like to see some Herm Sprenger products!

We have been purchasing grooming equipment and shampoos for a few years now and always have a great experience! Our last 2 shipments have had leaky shampoo bottles, but they were double bagged and did not leave a huge mess.

Ordering online was quick and easy and I was able to call and add to my order a few hours later when I realized I was in need of a few more items.

After I purchased clippers I had signed up for the 5% discount but didn’t actually get it. I contacted customer service and promptly received an email asking for order number. Later that day another customer service person contacted me and stated the discount had bee applied and showed me the new total. I would highly recommend Pet Edge to anyone.

I ordered gallon size shampoos. Two different types. One was broken. The cap was damaged and the bottle leaked. However, the bottle was in a plastic bag and mess was contained. I was unhappy about the broken cap, but my hubby saves everything and able to locate one that fit the bottle. Except for loss of some shampoo, it was bad at all. I didn’t complain because it’s Christmas time and there was a lot going on. All in all it was ok

I gave 4 stars instead of five because although everything so far has been smooth and easy, I have not yet received my product. If the rating email would have been sent afterwards, I would have then known if everything worked out completely.

a little hard to tell which end up putting together and to one may be too high. all in all ok but have not used it outside like i want to yet

I bought the battery powered dog clippers. I have never used clippers before. After I bathed and blow dried my labradoodle I shortened her coat all over her body. The clippers worked very well. I learned a few things that I will do different next time. I definitely recommend these clippers.
