Thank you Ernesto, I am sorry the Wahl mini trimmer does not meet your needs. Would you like to trade it for something else? This trimmer works best for clean up and small tasks; we would be happy to replace with a product that better meets your needs as our goal is 100% satisfaction. You may email [email protected] to request a replacement and our Director of Customer Service will reach out to followup. Thank you for your important feedback!
