It took 8-9 months to finally get an order for replacement parts delivered. The problem was apparently due to purchasing not accounting for the lead time in getting parts from "China". Hard to endorse tables and other mechanical Pet Edge items if one cannot keep them functioning in our business.

The kennels I received were great but unfortunately they were damaged. The boxes came ripped and taped up and the steel was banged up and bent. There were also some parts missing but luckily the person that put my kennel banks together knew how to improvise.

Customer service gentleman was and you did not know anything he ask for help the other gentleman was whispering on the phone giving all types of prices trying to tell me different prices that were wrong I was reading from my magazine from Pet edge my experience was not good and I have been ordering from them for a long time it was like an auction not being treated with good customer service

The website is very viewer unfriendly, tried to order a dog washing station but only received the cabinets above the station! Went back on site and called, not one picture on your site was just of the cabinets! Every picture had the cabinets attached to the dog washing station, leading the viewer to believe that they were purchasing the station with cabinets! Not impressed, and disappointed in the true pricing of the item I needed!

Products ordered were correct but it took almost two weeks to reach my practice. Three day shipping was 32.00 which I thought was a bit high. I do like what I ordered but I would have ordered things much earlier if I had known it would take so long to get to me in Tennessee.

A frequent customer this is my first disappointment. Tried to place an order online but the site was down. Called customer service and got an agent who was unable to focus on my order. Consequently two items were the correct size and the third was not (same product/same sizes). Called again to correct and was told that I had to wait until the order was received to do so.

I paid good money for clippers and didn't receive the coat length attachments that are supposed to come with them.

PetEdge used to offer all kinds of dog clothes and now you have nothing. And your web page is not reliable and difficult to navigate - I get many errors.
