My order was interesting. Item was on back order. And my cc was expiring. So I called in, and put updated cc on order. Item was on back order for over a month. So, my order was basically cancelled. Emailed, customer service put the order back into the system. Then I got an email saying the item was in stock. Called in to confirm the order. And the warehouse in Reno didn't have it to ship to my la address, so the agent had it shipped from Illinois. What can I complain about? Nothing. Thank you PetEdge

Had a big order and in that order was my new grooming table. Shipping wasn't too bad and the entire order got here in about a week!!! Very happy
