PetEdgeReviews of petedge.com

Great support and item selections. We order a lot for our business using multiple vendors and pet edge is one of the best vendors we use. Overall satisfied with the services offered. If there was only one tiny drawback it would be pricing. -Many times pricing can be found better through other vendors. Overall reliable retailer!

Good service

The only things that I felt inconvenience are the information of size options, which are not very visible, and have no lots of choices. The images only show one size of width for different length for the collar and leash. So I ordered in wrong width and needed to pay return fee to return them. I ever bought at Chewy.com. Their return policies are very easy for consumers. I just want to try yours for more vendors options and better deals. Prices and convenience are what all consumers are looking for. Also hoping you can have more varieties of each category. Thanks!

Four stars. Would have been five stars except for delay on certain items. Otherwise a great company!

Would have been 5 if there was a quick order section. The site lags a bit, however, it would be great after going thru the magazine that I could just punch numbers in. Any quicker way of ordering would be great. it is neat that you can press on items in the virtual magazine, but then it takes you to the picture site and then you have to order from there...essentially more steps and not faster. Just a note... I hope it helps brainstorm!

I was happy with everything else only thing was a pump did not come with my conditioner even though it showed a picture of it on the description photo.

Had alot of the products needed but so many where on backorder. Beginning to get some of those backordered items earlier than estimated.

It took a very long time for the part to come in but as soon as it was available it was sent to me. Not Petedge's fault that it wasn't available and very glad to finally be getting it. Hope does the trick and fixes my table!
