Since they have switched owners and made so many changes hey have gotten rid of quite a few products that I really liked and I was looking for loops for the bathing room and they they have the bigger ones anymore I guess either

I placed an order for blades that I needed right away. They were supposed to ship the next day. After I week I checked the status and it said pending. When I called the person in customer service was very unprofessional and could not tell me why my order was still pending. I then sent an email that was not answered for another week and only after I received confirmation that my order was shipped. It should not take 2 weeks to ship items that are in stock. I've used PetEdge since I opened my grooming shop in 2006, this is the first issue I've ever had.

Our business placed a large order on 9/17/2020. The order was divided by PetEdge into multiple shipments.Our credit card was charged each time a shipment was processed, but there was no invoice or packing list to detail the charges on each shipment, I called PetEdge and requested individual invoices for each charge made against our credit card. One agent left me on hold for such a long time, that PetEdge's robo system connected and insisted I review the agent's performance, the hung up on me! There is also no place to view the invoices on the PetEdge website. I can view orders, but not invoices to show details of the charges made against our credit card. In addition, we are still waiting for delivery of some items from the order placed 9/17/20.

Fairly quick shipping for items in stock. I could have sworn the grooming table I ordered was in stock then ended up being canceled because they couldn’t get it in. No real big thing. Main issue is the system charging my bank multiple times for the same transaction when it is trying to send the product if it was back ordered. A couple extra thousand dollars worth of pending transactions isn’t exactly a great way to have the system run.
