Shipping took over a week despite paying for 1-3 day shipping.

Slow boat from China delivery. Got 1 item one day and waited nearly a week for the rest to arrive. Stupid shipping plan. Not to mention if I didn't make a minimum purchase they wanted to charge nearly $70 for shipping!!!

Bought 3 soaps, 2 clipper blade, and a deshed scrubber total was $166. My account got charged and the money is gone out of my account. Well I only got 1 jug of soap and nothing then they said I got an authorization charge not actual charge. Now I have to send screen shots of my account to prove they took the money. I have been a customer since 2014. Not anymore. I depend on these product to get here timely. Now I have to spend more to get product for my business. Very unhappy and will not be using Petedge after they either send my product or money back.

I am very disappointed in the quality that I received my products. I ordered Wahl competition Series black blades. I got a #10 #15 #30 #4F #5F #7F. I received them and proceeded to try to use the 7F on my personal dog to make sure it worked. With the first swipe it started pulling hair. I thought it was maybe just the 7F so i tried the 5F, same problem. I tried the 30 on his paws and it wouldn't cut. I thought okay maybe it's the oil on the blades because they were all very oily out of the package. I cleaned them in my ultrasonic cleaner to remove the oil and I was absolutely DISGUSTED at the filthiness of the water. I cleaned them 3 separate times after that until the water was finally clean. I am horrified at the condition of this product. They seemed new in the package but it looks to me that they were used with how nasty the water was with the first cleaning. And if they weren't used they most have been dropped in a mud hole and then packaged. I do have pictures as proof. I'm very disappointed.

This does not reflect the customer service rep. I don't like that you make the customer pay for shipping on returns.

I actually wanted to leave a review for a particular product, but their website no longer has that option. I purchased a stand dryer that is their own brand. After 4 months, it tipped over and the rear cover broke. Now it is useless because there is no way to stop hair from getting into the motor. They will not repair or replace it and they do not have that part for sale. I would have been quite willing to simply buy the part and fix it myself. So if you are looking at the Master Equipment FlashDry Stand Dryer, do not buy it, it is flimsy and if it gets knocked over and breaks you cannot repair it.

I never received my package, it was delivered to the wrong house. UPS is investigating. Had to redo my whole schedule due to the inconvenience and buy a pair of clippers from somewhere else as i couldn't afford for this to happen again.

hard to get in touch whit customer service and not helpfull my adress was wrong and I ask you kindly to change, your answer? it's all done nothing we can do???? I pay for that and that's your answer???????
