I’m am sincerely impressed with PetEdge’s responsiveness to my recent inquiry regarding a change in a back order date. The item was backorded when I bought it, understood, but then the date shifted farther out. I get that backorders (especially for the last two years!) are often far out of a seller’s control. When the back order was extended on my purchase, I emailed and customer service quickly responded, looked into it and came up with an answer I loved, clippers shipped, and now received. Thank you! I know that can’t always be the answer - sometimes a company just can’t get a product. What is important is that PetEdge listened and did more than just send a robotic-like response. I’m grooming today with MY own, new clippers. Well done.
