Love your products. I don't do well with your web site.

This purchase was almost pain free, hence the 4-star only rating. The PetEdge website was easy to navigate right up until I came to the cumbersome ordering process. That must be improved! If I’m paying with PayPal, there should be no reason to fill out my name, address, phone, etc. Aside from that, the item I ordered arrived in record time and in good shape. I was very pleased to see that the price PetEdge charged was lower than other vendors I considered.

Their prices are better than anyone else's, and their turnaround time on orders is very good. My only criticism is that they are often out of popular items, and they often don't know when they may be receiving replacements.

Received what i ordered. Got here really fast and everything was good. Need more variety on grooming equipment. Like Clippers and blades. Also decent but not crazy priced scissors etc. Not real savvy with computers but I think I did okay ordering on line.. Been buying from Pet Edge for over twenty years and have always been happy with what I ordered and the service.

I needed new tubs for a new grooming salon I am building and one of them shipped quickly. The rest of the items have been steadily been shipping. I am happy they have been shipping quicker than I expected.

Pet Edge has always been great with getting things here on time and in a quick manner. I only ever had 1 issue with a product that was delivered damaged - and they sent a replacement which arrived 2 days later - no hassles!

My table was shipped fast and I am happy with the purchase, however after opening and setting up I noticed all 4 corners of my table had damage. The paint is chipped and when I put the grooming arm on it gets in the way of the electric part so I had to put it on the opposite side.

Overall its great! Yet, one would expect free shipping on an order of $600.00 of single items incl a $280.00 dryer.
