When I ordered online, each item said it would be shipped the next day. The order was shipped 5 days later. Which meant I had to go in on Friday after Thanksgiving to receive the order.

I like the products. The only thing is that when something is on backorder, there is no communication as to when it is coming other than their expected date which is on the invoice. After that date has come and gone, there is no update.

I’ve had an order in for a month an part of the order was on back order. Called last Friday to be told that the order was cancelled cause it had been on back order to long but low an behold the 2 Gallons of ear clean was in stock so I was asked if they wanted me to put the order back on an I said yes. Well a week later I still haven’t received it so I call again to be told that I’m sorry but its in do you want be to put it back on well dang this is a week later after it was suppose to have been here today after being put on. Now I have to wait another 5to 7 days I serious hope I get this after waiting as long as I have. May have to just find another place to get my products from. Just tired of having orders cancelled when on back order an never getting an email telling me it’s been cancelled. What kind of customer service is that!

I was disappointed with my last order. I order the 5&1/2 gallon shampoo, was not told until after the order, its not available. I need it ASAP, so I canceled and order 5 gallon. My bank card is charged twice , but I get an email from them saying my card is declined and my order was canceled. Finally got my order, but still waiting on double charge fix...

I received my items , but one was broken so it was all leaked out, and the other colognes where bent. Thankfully they were not broken, but the de tangled was broken in the box

Too many items are out of stock. I don't think it's entirely due to pandemic because Petedge was like that before.
