I placed a order was told everything was in stock. Paid for three day shipping only to wait a week and still haven't received all of my order. Very unhappy. Will not order again.

It took 2 full weeks to receive my order. Website is not user friendly. After trying to place my order online, I finally had to call it in. I ordered Monday at lunchtime and was told my order would ship that day, I received an email Wednesday night saying my order just shipped. Then it took 8 more days to receive. This was not a large bulky item; just a few things that fit in an average size box. The box arrived crushed and torn. Miraculously, the items inside were not damaged.

I’m upset because the agent who took my original order made a mistake then I was charged for the postage to return the item for exchange. She refused to waive the fee which I thought was unfair, especially since I spent over $350 on merchandise.

I placed an order about 3-4weeks ago and when I got my order I was missing the number 5 blade that I had ordered. It was backordered which I know happens BUT it’s been 2 weeks since I received my order and still nothing about the back ordered blade.

Order did come on time as expected but was very poorly packed and the box had almost fallen apart by the time it reached me. Unfortunately the 18 ounce ear cleaner I ordered had leaked half it's contents into the box. Luckily the new blades I ordered were well wrapped though. I have not had the chance to follow up yet about a replacement due to having a surgical procedure done.

Prices could be lower. Was told 1 blade went to a clipper, ordered it & it was for a different brand. Customer service needs to get more educated on the products.
