I ordered a new LED hydraulic table for grooming and it had the full overhead bar and when I received it, I went to put it together and the bars won’t fit into the wild in brackets that you guys had welded onto the table so I am unable to use the table because I have no arms for the safety of the pets

False information about delivery time at the purchase time, lack information about updates for the delivery time. At this point I am not sure if is a scam.

I received a new bathtub from PetEdge and the edges were so sharp it actually cut a dog's leg wide open. I called and talked to someone and they told me to email. I emailed, tried the online chat feature and got no response. I called back again and asked for a manager. The manager promised me they would do something about it, and she gave me her personal email. I requested a refund and a reimbursement of the vet bill. It has now been over a week, and I have sent everything over and they have done nothing. The dangerous tub is still being sold on their site too. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Today is November 2nd. When I ordered my item It was slated for delivery by the 1st...the item is nowhere to be found UPDATE Item arrived This evening the box was damaged I opened the box and the top looks like it's too small for the unit I have video I will be submitting to pedage very disappointed UPDATED AGAIN ... When I ordered my item the order was placed on 10/30! And the arrival date on the payment page said 11/1!!! Had it said 11 /2 I wouldn't leave a negative review. I reached out to customer service upon receiving the item last night and the 1st response I received today said that I just had to squeeze it together to get the lid to shut I replied with that is unsatisfactory... I also added pictures to show the size disparity in my initial email. I should not have to yank and pull it to make it latch I got an updated response to that with an apology... so somebody in your customer service is lacking skills on my initial response to my complaint so for you to come at me and say that I placed it on October 31st is not correct. I am remembering exactly why I stopped ordering from this company years ago. FINAL UPDATE- I received an email stating stating that they were sorry for my inconvenience they've issued an order for a replacement pen and it should arrive shortly. At 9:15 this morning I received a replacement pen and it works fine. Pet Edge told me to dispose of the defective one that I received, so I will do so in my recycling. Pet edge finally resolved my issue after coming on to here and complaining because when I contacted their customer service and when I called in initially I was blown off.

Be aware that this company does not pay for returns or arrange pickup. I was told they don’t accept returns for “satisfaction”. I paid $28.20 to return this, including $3.35 insurance which they advised me to buy, as if it gets damaged in shipping, they won’t refund the purchase. Living in a big city with no car is a real hassle taking this to ship it. Note this table is not suitable for professional groomers as it is flimsy. I had 2 previous Go Pet tables that are fantastic, but was hoping for a lighter table since I’m a house call groomer. Very disappointed and will stick with the larger well known companies that value customer satisfaction and arrange pickup and pay shipping 100% for customer satisfaction returns. Note I have spent hundreds of dollars here over years and this was my first return.

The item I ordered has not been delivered! I love your items, but cannot give accurate review if I have not received it!

Good products, good prices, the website was terrible. I tried using it three times and was unable to buy things. I had to call customer service and go through the tedious process of having an operator place the orders. I am not will to spend that much time to buy items for my business.

Received my grooming table. Very nice
