Online catalog not that user friendly.

Items offered are good. Lots off options for groomers. I dislike the cost of shipping on certain items. During promotional shipping could be waved when you spend a certain amount however it is not on everything. I had a hard time finding the policy on this. I went to another place for items you pay shipping on and found for the same if not less priced.

Everything arrived and was delivered pretty quickly, the blades were all packaged normally and there was no damage. The only reason this is 4 stars is the packaging they were sent in was pretty thin and torn, one of the blades almost fell out as I picked up the unopened package.

Pet edge is great...would have given 5 stars...but I had to pay to return a few items.

I was very happy with the service at Petedge. I needed a part for my electric tub. Luckily they had 1 left. Only problem was I had to purchase other parts that I didn't need. I'm glad the parts worked just wish I didn't have to buy the whole package.

Quick service and shipping

This is my second master equipment flash dryer, my first one is still in great operating condition after 18 months or so using it everyday. I would have given 5 stars, but the item was clearly handled very rough, as all the packaging material was broken into small pieces. The stand portion suffered some cosmetic damage, but the actual dryer itself was fine. Don’t know who you mishandled the item,,, I guess that would be for petedge to determine. I didn’t complain about it, as I said , it’s a tool that works fine and will be put into service. Just check Your package on delivery, never know. The dryer itself would receive 5 stars! Very nice economic dryer.
