Petedge overcharged my credit card by nearly $100 on this order. Upon my complaint, I was required to provide a copy of the charge on my credit card before they would look into it and remove the charge.

The first young man who took my order did not follow directions about calling our office manager for payment (she has our bosses credit card no.) Instead he charged my credit card which I no longer have and cancd my order. Normally I would have just gone with another company for shampoo. I called again and straightened out the order.

Items were later put on back order with no notification multiple times. Thought I would get it in december and was pushed back to February (if its not pushed out again) Shipping was very unpredictable and confusing. Hard to track the packages. Packaging itself wasn't very secure either. Boxes were very beat up

Not as great as they used to be for product. They carry pet quality. Wish they carried more show products.
