I don’t like that I had to spend 99.00 to get free shipping and it took a week to get the products. I did not find products I was looking for. What happened to the Fursions Georgio cologne? Always happens when you find a product everyone likes they discountinue or quit making it! Sorry Pet Edge

I ordered a dryer that was on sale for $229. The delivery time to receive the dryer was great--especially since the sale also had a promotional free delivery connected to it. However, the dryer was the wrong color. I called and got a nice customer service person who took all of my information and said he would send me information to mail the dryer back. He called me back later to tell me that they do not even have the correct color for the dryer I bought. I am very disappointed. I can keep the one I have or send it back with no option to get the color I want.

Inordered several sets of clipper blades back in early September and received a. partial shipment soon afterwards. But the remaining pieces didn't show and I had to call Pet Edge to get an update that they were backordered and would be shipped soon. Still didn't see them and no updated info from Customer Service. One more showed up recently leaving me to have to call to ask about the remainder. Almost November and haven't seen another shipment. PetEdge shouldn't have taken this order if it couldn't be delivered in a timely manner. I needed these items long ago. Terrible communications from PetEdge too. Amazon next time!

When I called to place my order that was quite large. The woman answering the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. She acted like I was doing her a favor by ordering supplies. Then when I had to do a return another girl answer it was delightful. Just a little confused on what she had to do to get me the return label.

Very slow shipping.

This is the fourth time in a row I have ordered from them and they sent me the wrong or broken product and want me to Pay to ship it back. The last time I ordered I said never again and when I went online to place an order I forgot it was them that had such bad customer service.

The product is great but the cost after paying upfront for the product and shipping to Pet Edge, paying COD upon delivery, paying a foreign transaction fee from the credit card company and having to pay duty and customs handling fees as well, I may as well drive to the U.S. to buy it...at least I would get a road trip.

Product I ordered came in broken, customer service was unhelpful and simply responded with an email on how to receive a refund. Did not try an resolve the issue. Shipping label they "sent" was never received.
