Before placing my order for a clipper, I called PetEdge for more info. The person who answered my questions answered them completely, satisfactorily and really helped me to make my decision. I wanted to check more reviews first and she told me to do so and what to do later if I decided to place my order. When I called in to place the order, a second person at PetEdge, she was equally "top drawer," placed my order and said it MIGHT even ship that day. It did! So, instead of waiting until this coming Friday, the clippers arrived on Tuesday. I am a happy camper and so happy to have another Oster clipper.

Products came quick and correct. I love that any liquids come bagged separately just in case of a leak! Thanks!
