It seems like the company is going through a transitional phase of some sort, because making one small purchase was quite a task. Both online and in person! It took over a week to confirm that my order was accepted. And about a week before I could pay for it! I believe their website was down because I kept getting error messages. This is just my guess, but I hope they get these issues resolved before I need to place another order. If not, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I still haven't received my order!!!

Their modular kennels are some of the worst nice ever seen. Had to fix a bunch of pieces to put together.

What a joke!!! Some stuff I got in my order was fine... The special grooming towels though.. What a joke I wasted my hard earned money on then when I would of gotten better quality just going and finding some cheap towels. Come on your supposedly aimed at groomers NEVER AGAIN

The rating is for the delivery service that you use. They take too long and don’t update there tracking and let your merchandise sit at there warehouse for days instead of delivering. And when contacting petedge they just said to contact delivery service.

You are making me jump through hoops to return an item. You gave me a number to put on the box said it was all I would need. They want to charge 50.00 to ship it back and item was 70 something. I just want a shipping label so it won't cost me. Now I am to unpack it again and take pictures. It is a dog barrier. I am really upset about this.

Horrible service! First of all, I placed the order over the phone. I asked the man who took the order to please send me a receipt to my email, he said he would along with a confirmation, it NEVER happened! Secondly I placed the order on Sunday the order was never placed until Tuesday! I ended up looking at my credit card purchases on their sight to get a receipt and the date that your company actually placed the order! I never had ANY issues with orders when I placed them through your old Massachusetts branch. I have been using this company for years and I am about ready to find someone else. This is not the first time I have had a problem with the California branch. (Too bad you saw fit to close the Mass branch instead of the California branch!) I just left it alone and did not complain the first time. Now I am speaking up. I don't want to hear excuses or anything else. I was really mad when I kept checking my email for the receipt on my order and there was none to be found. You need to TRAIN your representatives and you need to FOLLOW THROUGH on your commitments to your customers. That did not happen here.
