Couldn't find what I needed. I was looking to purchase bulk dog toys for our puppy kits, Didn't know it was listed under "refills". When I did, it was one price. When it was in my cart is was a different price.

Two of the black shampoo bottles were busted in shipping. I didn’t contact customer service to complain. I had some empty shampoo bottles that I could transfer the shampoo into so not a whole lot of the shampoo got wasted so it wasn’t too bad just inconvenient. Other than that everything was good. Thanks
