To be honest never had this happen before but placed an order and it took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get shipped very dissapointed

The electric table that I ordered is exactly what I ordered. The lower rating is based entirely on PetEdge's shipping policy, which with tax, almost doubled the purchase price. PetEdge advertises that "qualified" orders over $99 receive free shipping. Additionally, PetEdge states that equipment over 2k will receive free shipping. My order was over $800, and it is just frustrating that the policy excludes a significant purchase. If this approach can be reconsidered I may consider purchasing another table, but, as it is I'll shop around first.

I’m still waiting on my back ordered item that was supposed to have shipped a week ago. No communication. I didn’t even know it wasn’t available when I ordered it until after my package came without it.

order was processed but then items were not sent and cancelled off my order. When i called I was assured they would be sent. They were never sent. Very disappointing. Poor follow through on the customer service end, even after they talked to the supervisor.

Loved the items I did receive however I never received my clippers. The date on back order was changed multiple times but now when I check it says I never ordered anything. Odd.

Took a while for my order to arrive which was a pretty big one. I ordered multiple nail clipper big, medium, small. The two medium clippers that I ordered turned out not to be in stock which when I ordered online never told me that it was out of stock. Because of that i was charged for the two medium clipppers. Now when I contacted customer service via email they asked for all order numbers and what it was that was missing due to not being in stock on they’re end, basically jumping through hoops just to know when a refund was going to issues on my card, they told me that they need snap shot of my charges of my bank account.

Our order was cancelled, as we were told there was no stock, We had paid in advance to hold half of what we needed, which was in stock, and then we were waiting for back orders. I then get a letter from your shipping department saying order was cancelled. I phoned in spoke with the supervisor, and she saw stock, and went to see why our order was cancelled. Ultimately our order was reinstated and shipped, but it was frustrating to have to go through the process of calling in and figuring out why it was cancelled.

You cut too many products. You dont have what i need anymore. Or its back ordered forever. I doi t ill be ordering again unless i absolutely have to. I found another site that has ALL the products im looking for.
