I was sent the wrong pair of scissors not what I ordered. Every time I order half of my order is in back order. And the items that are shipped take a very long time to arrive even though they say they are getting shipped the next day

The Wahl clipper blade that I ordered was out of the packaging that it comes in and was loose in the shipping box with other items. The plastic packaging was cracked and broken open, the blade is damaged. The clipper blade was just thrown in the box with a gallon jug. I still have Not received my complete order. It is past the date that the tracking notice had for the arrival date, Still have not received 3 gallons of the shampoo that I ordered. I doubt I will ordered from Petedge in the future. Hopefully, the remainder of my order will arrive and Petedge will replace the damaged clipper blade.

I have used Pet Edge for over 10 yrs and have been satisfied for the most part, with the exception of my last order, specifically #7 blade. The package was open and the blade was wet, droplets of moisture maybe (?). One of https said it looked like it had been used and there were 2 small hais between the teeth. I asked the groomer to call & let someone know but she is very non confrontational and shy and don’t think she did. I’m still waiting for the rest of my order. I was told it was on backorder until the 8th of April. It’s now the 11th of April and I have yet to receive any further information on this. I had to initiate correspondence to even find out it was on back order.
