Easy fast transaction

When a product we ordered became unavailable for timely delivery, you notified us that the remainder of the order would be shipped, and the delayed items were deleted. We said that we needed those items, and they were part of a "free shipping" offer. You then agreed to reinstate the order, and wait for the back-ordered items. WELL, after 6+ months, there they were, delivered as promised! YES Thank you for following-up and sticking to your promise. We most appreciate honesty and fair treatment of your customers. GREAT JOB

Excellent customer service. Quick response to my issue and went beyond what I was expecting by replacing the whole grooming table instead of just replacing the damaged part. Other items I have ordered in the past have held up nicely with our constant care of six dogs. Very happy with this business.

We purchased a Master Equipment Polypro Electric Lift Grooming Tub. We received confirmation of the order and an expected ship date. It shipped on time and our order was updated with tracking information. We were able to watch it’s progress by just clicking the tracking button. When the tub arrived, it was in a wooden crate and in perfect condition. This is one of the best and most favorite purchases we’ve made. Great product, information and service. Thank you!
