I ordered three items, a pair of Andis 5 speed clippers, some scented spray, and blade drives. The clippers were back ordered and I was not made aware until after my other items shipped. After waiting two weeks they were back ordered again by another two weeks so I finally canceled my purchase. Customer service was quick to respond, however the clippers should have been marked out of stock, as they were over promised.

You firm is always having issues with in stock merchandise. I wanted a set of blades that was a better buy, but I had to buy individual blades because your stock would not be available till June on the set.

I ordered a 3 piece shear set and had problems with one of the shears. I got an immediate response about what could be done to replace the shear. I was told that I would have to return the whole 3 piece set as the shear that was damaged wasn't sold individually, but would be sent a new one. As these are my only shears for work, this wasn't practical. When browsing the website, however, I found that the damaged shear was sold individually. Response time when resolving issues is amazing, but I probably won't order from here again.

Been finding it very hard to order items lately. It seems like everything is on backorder that I need. The minimum price amount to keep/get a backordered item is ridiculous. Most backordered items have to be $20.00. I'm not ordering stuff for resale, I'm ordering items I need to do my job as a groomer. I have no problem with the few items I can get and their quality. Just frustrated about the availability of products.

Emailed that my purchase was onbits way, then tracked it. After a week it arrived but the date of original delivery was cancelled and then it came. Took longer than expected.

They have a good selection, but the backorder policy is really convoluted. If you want a small order of a few items, it is the luck of the draw if everything will be in stock. Just pay for the shipping and stop worrying about trying to get to free.

I would have put more stars but I am still waiting for my blades to be shipped. They were on back order so I have to wait until April for them to get here. My other item I ordered from here did come on time and was a fast delivery. Will be ordering stuff in the future from here.

Great prices, but haven’t received all of my order yet. Haven’t been successful in reaching customer service regarding other portion of order that was supposed to have shipped a week ago. Work night shift, so my schedule makes it difficult to contact people via phone during “normal” business hours, so I sent an email but received no response as of yet. Attempted to use the live chat with no success. Hoping that item is just back ordered and they will have it in soon.
