Traci, we are sorry that the shade of white that this tub comes in does not work with the color scheme of the space you were planning to add it to. We also apologize for the typo on our site we understand how that could be confusing. Our customer service reps have been in contact and we are happy to set up the return pick up. We apologize that you feel the $50 credit would not be sufficient, but, being as you did not pay for shipping on the original delivery and you won't be paying for the return shipping we do stand by our offer. Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We looked into the Andis guide combs included with your clipper purchase, these are currently on back order and will ship once we have them in stock. We have tried to contact you to resolve the issue with your clippers, this sounds like a manufacturer error as we do not sell refurbished clippers.
