Excellent turn around time
It’s much better than what it used to be. Items/ orders are shipped quicker. Which is everything if you are a pet groomer. If we order it then we need it expediently. So thanks for the awesome improvement and for the awesome products offered.

Clipper blades
I recieved my order in 2 separate envelopes, 4 blades in one and 1 blade in the other. The envelope with the 4 blades was torn open at the top and the #7F was missing. I called right away and told the Representative the problem, a new blade was shipped out and I received it yesterday Thanks !

Great experience and support
The grooming shop I work in suggested me this website to order my grooming stuff. Order come to me in good condition and when I have a problem, it's resolved. I do wish it had an option to have email preferences such as frequency, sales, new products, etc.
