I only receive 2 of my 3 items that I order because it said that it was on stock but it wasn’t so they should actualice the web site before charging for the item.

I order 7 things. Three were supposed to ship right away. When I call to tell them the tracking number didn’t work I was told it would be looked into and I’d receive a call letting me know where my stuff was. I haven’t received my items or a phone call back about what happened. I placed the order a month ago and still nothing :( I should have spent the extra $15 and ordered from amazon.

Great online experience.. but my order didn’t go thru all at once ugh! I made two orders. I get charged every transaction so I would been twice but because my order went thru differently I have several charges. Also I paid for a 3’day delivery and none of that order has gotten here so between the two errors I overpaid close to 80$

My scissor (2) that I ordered came in a soft envelope with no protection, both scissors were out of their soft protection case and loose in the bag. when you pay that price $$ for a precision scissor you expect the item would be sent in a package to protect them. I am So disappointed with shipping I will not purchase from this company again, very unprofessional and a total disregard of why I purchased high quality scissor and thinning shears. I have not used the scissor yet, I am hoping they are not bent or out-of-line.

Hello, Our business too has been affected by the pandemic, as is our supplier’s ability to provide us with the items that our customers need to run their own businesses. We are still feeling the effects of Import and Domestic factory closures over the last 90 days on many key items. All our suppliers have been affected by reduced capacity to manufacture products and by restrictions on shipments to our Distribution Centers. Unfortunately, it will still take some time for the supply to be delivered to our Distribution Centers and to catch up with the demand on the impacted items.
