Even thought the expensive pet trimmers were not listed as backordered. We were not informed of this until the other portion of the order shipped. Unfortunately I used Affirm for the purchase and I currently still owe for a product I will never recieve. Pet Edge resolution for this issue? "Contact Affirm." Guess what Affirm said "contact the vendor. It wasn't Affirms error. But clearly using PetEdge was mine.

DELETED I used to order frequently but inventory was decreased. Before that, I was able to get some things that I couldn't get anywhere else. I love dogs. I will own them as long as I live. I've owned four Airedales and just got my fourth Wire Fox Terrier. Dogs are therapy. PetEdge is the best place to shop for them.

Product prices are okay but shipping costs as much as or more than the order!😒🤨 If you lowered the free delivery amount to less than $99, I’d order more often & im certain others would as well. Besides, we’re individual consumers looking for pet items we can’t find at other stores. Since you also deal with stores & pet shops, can’t you cut USA break?

We honestly can't compete with the larger "prime" companies, or we wouldn't be in business as our shipping costs are out of control for us as well. Don't like that you have to order a certain amount to get free shipping. I just needed to order one blade and then shipping is so expensive.

Hi there, we understand that shipping isn't free, and we truly wish we could offer free shipping on everything, but as a smaller business we wouldn't be able to sustain if we did.
