I’ve been with this company since 1994. I’ve been there through the good parts and the not so good parts. My order was received quicker than I was told and nothing was on back order, so very happy about that:)

The customer service rep found my order and new it was being shipped that day. I was surprised it took so long for the order just to get out of the warehouse.

I received my purchase on the day that I was told. All of my items were in perfect shape, I could not tell that they had just traveled miles to get to me. I have purchased items from Pet Edge before and have always received excellent service.
