My my order was completed as ordered. The only problem I had was the brushes I ordered for my dryer motor. Website stated they would be shipped same day. They did not ship for days. But it’s all good. Thank you.

Another great shipment of Zanies dog toys
Thanks for lightning fast shipping of our bulk replacement toy order. The Zanies are such great quality and we order annually from you for replacements. My only reason for not giving you 5 stars is the shipping box which was completely crushed with large, gaping holes in its sides. Thankfully, the toys were inside a large plastic bag so arrived in good shape. This is the first time we ordered the Sea Charmers and they are adorable and well constructed.

great product and good service
the product took about 2 weeks to deliver to me AFTER i placed the order. there were some issues at the beginning and i started to worry after reading some reviews, but i reached out and they got it cleared up within a couple of days.

Really good service! But a few times I tried to buy items that say in stock then send it to the cart and they are no longer available.

Packaging for Shipping
The product we ordered came in a timely manner. I was not pleased with the way it was packed. I had ordered 8 boxes and at least half of them opened up during shipping. I was able to close them for the most part, but the integrity of the boxes was compromised.

The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate. Pages loaded a little bit slow. I tried multiple browsers and experienced the same thing. When adding items to the cart it was a little bit confusing I didn’t realize each item included tax which changed the total of each item in the columns
