I like their choices for products but not their shipping policies. I'd buy more from them if they offered better shipping prices and options.

The first order was split into 2 deliveries. The second delivery was sent somewhere else. I had to call several times and a second package was finally delivered weeks later.

Inventory seems to have shrunk over past year or two. My order came in four separate boxes, which seems wasteful--there was no need for that.

I ordered items that were “on stock”. Even paid for the 1-3 day shipping fee. I received half of the items a week later and there is no date yet for the rest of the items. I wasn’t charged for the missing items, which is good but i would have liked to receive what I paid for and what they advertise on the website.

Dear PetEdge, the girl who took my order was great helping me cause I ordered a lot of stuff! It took over an hour for me to make sure I had the right stuff. But what I didn't like is when I was finishing up, she tried to hurry me up and said the order would close out if I didn't finish. And so my apt. number wasn't on the order when I looked up the email. When I called back I thought it was fixed. I got the order not delivered to my apartment number. I live on the 3rd floor and the UPS left the package downstairs. I had to carry it up myself. In which, I didn't appreciate that. But I don't like being rushed and then mistakes happen. Thanks for your time.

I ordered a Wahl Arco clipper set and when it arrived I received an empty blister pack. I had same day response from PetEdge customer care and received my replacement order within 3 days.

This is the first time in 4 years the order has been correct and documented. We had several items canceled after been ordered and "in stock' It would be great if you knew what was in stock.
