This has happened to me a couple of times now. When I put my order in when there is a promo code, sometimes the promo code does not work. It is usually after hours that I have to put in my order, so I am not able to talk to a customer service agent. When I put my order in recently, it again would not take the promo code. I called to talk to someone the next day, and they took care of it. Thank you for fixing this annoying issue!
