I haven't used the products yet. I was kinda disappointed that the tub didn't come with more stuff, like a faucet, for the price I paid. I had to fight with the shipping company, that changed hands 4 times, for over a week to get my stuff. It was an hour away for 4 days, just sitting on the dock. I harassed them enough, they finally let me come get it on the 8th day of holding my stuff hostage, that was already paid for. I will order little stuff from them again, but big stuff I may choose a different company.

I ordered several gallons of shampoo/conditioner and 2 gallons had about of fourth spilled out all over the bottles. The 2 damaged bottles did not have a foil seal on them. Thank you, Julie Thoms

I am a new customer and was hoping to get a first time discount since we run a nonprofit. But the product I ordered is good and arrived in a reasonable time. There was no incentive for a first time customer.

Separated my items and i had to pay import fees twice 😑

Providing three stars because my first purchase came quickly and had no issues. This second order, which I paid $10 for 1-3 day shipping, and it took 10 business days to receive. Reached out after 5 business days looking for an update and asked for a refund on the extra shipping. Tracking was provided with an apology, product was delivered, but have not been answered after asking again about my refund.

I was really excited to find your site as your prices within limits. I received all my order in a short amount of time and was pleased. The only thing I was waiting on was the big item which was my KM10 clipper. It was not on backorder when I ordered it, but now it says it's not gonna be shipped for another 5-10 days after Aug 31 (which was the time it would get to the warehouse). I ordered on July 25. I 'live chatted' withh a representative and that is what she told me. I had her cancel the rest of the order. I then ordered from another company, which I had to pay $100 more and it is already shipped out on the same day! Very disappointing.

Website is awful. It has so many bugs. It never accepts my passwords, it doesn't send me an email to reset. I have to shop "as guest" without logging in. One version offers free shipping after $99, but the other version is after $150. If your acct is set up with the $150 version, u are gonna have to spend more to gef free shipping. I have tried emailing the company for this reason and no one responds, so I created aAnother acct at the $99 version. But then we have the password issues.... Also, i tried buying aprons, the website wouldn't load the options so I could pick one and add to my cart. I had to buy it thru another pet supplies website. No wonder other pet industry professionals have stopped shopping at petedge. A shame, because there are good products there.

I order clippers and was not told that they are on backorder. I don't have an ETA on them.
