I have been using PetEdge for 15-20 year. The last few years I have ordered more then half the products I have needed are Not in stock

1. Poor Delivery Time 2. Holding huge amount on credit card for transaction. Very unorganized.

I like the products they offer and their prices, but they never have complete orders, they always send them incomplete or in different parts on different days.

I placed an order for basic grooming supplies, nothing Covid-related. When the order was placed I received notification that it was shipped. Then when it arrived only a few items were there with a note stating the order was being shipped separately. It is now over three weeks since the original order, I am still missing several items and have not received a refund or any notice of reshipment. I have called customer service and they indicate that the items are in stock and there is no reason for the delay. Update following your response to the review: It's interesting that you are telling me I have an item on backorder since I have been in contact with Petedge again, received a tracking number, and been told all items have now shipped. It took 2 days following my last call that I received the email, that contradicts your backorder response. So, there needs to be some clarification as to why your online response is different from both the oral and written respones given by PetEdge.

Its been 3 weeks, and I still don't have everything I ordered, and have received no email updates as to why. I guess I will need to contact customer service...

i use baby powder shampoo it is a good product gets dogs clean soft & smell great but you never have it in stock when i need it always on back order. i watched website & when it was finally available i bought it but now i have to trip over 2 5 gal containers until i use it because i never know when it will be available the next time this has been going on for a couple of years. got so disgusted and frustrated i found some place else to purchase all my other supplies.

Pet edge needs to train people to be kind on the phone and offer better customer service. I ha e dealt with rude people on several different occasions now. At first I thought it was just someone having a bad day. But now I have had to call back about my order three times due to a missing or wrong item and each time I was treated rudely. I am easy to get along with and was quite surprised by this. I love the products that pet edge offers and their pricing is competitive. But if I can find what I want elsewhere , I may do that just because if the people representing the company.
