We see a response sent to you on Monday @ 9:57am not only giving you the phone number to call customer service but also, giving you information on how to fix your account. Hi there, we did look at your order entirely that you had placed online on 09/01/2023, and unfortunately, your order was order processed and, on the truck, when you called in on 09/06/2023. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to adjust the ship to address. Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and see you placed the order on 08/15 it was picked, packed, and on the truck the next day 08/16 and see it was delivered on Saturday the 19th of August. I'm not sure if there were poor weather conditions during the 3 days it took to get to you, but we apologize for any inconvenience.
