Bought 3 pairs of dog shears for my granddaughter who owns a dog grooming shop . What I liked was that they had the product in stock shipped in a timely manner . The cost was reasonable. This brand is what my granddaughter requested she also is left handed and its very hard to find shears for left handed groomers

I called in to customer service due to faulty delivery (UPS and poor quality packaging at fault) Spoke with Sandy, she was very pleasant- She asked for photos of damaged packaging, I emailed that in, and within a few moments, I received an email stating they were shipping new items out to replaced damaged ones. PERFECT Customer Service!! thank you
