It's frustrating to constantly find our needed products on back order. Times are tough in the grooming business and having to stress about products is unfortunate

I placed an order on 9/4/2020. For some reason the email was put in incorrectly and I was told that same day it would get updated, yet until today the email is not updated to the correct one. I had to call multiple times to try to update that so that I could get my confirmation email as well as my tracking information. I just got off the phone with the freight company and they let me know that you guys never requested for them to give me a call to schedule a delivery date and time. I specifically asked for this and now they can't add that instruction to the order. I am very upset and this has been such a horrible ordering experience. My order number is #1000696998. Now this freight company you work with is so difficult, rude, and not helpful whatsoever. We still haven't received our shipment.

The last three orders I have placed it shows like everything is in stock. Then low and behold more than half ends up being back ordered. The most recent order were things needed to go home with puppies. The order stated all would ship on the same day, with plenty of time before puppies went to their new homes. The order was then split into 3 parts a few days later and the majority was back ordered past when the litter was going home. The order prior to this one I never did get the back ordered items. While I like the products they carry, I need more reliable service.

I'm really dissapointed , Got some of my order, no problem. Other items were suppose to be shipped 8/28. It is now the 8th of Sept with no word. Hopefully I will receive them, but this is not the 1st order this has happened to. Placed an order in Feb. Still haven't got some of those items.

I ordered a hose and a force dryer on 8/3 and I still haven’t received the dryer. Every week since ordering you have taken out and put the back the payment for it screwing my bank account up totally. You should not do this to people’s bank accounts, it’s infuriating and confusing......still haven’t gotten the dryer. I’m done with pet edge.

PetEdge did not have 2 of the things I was shopping for and one item, conditioner, to go with the dog shampoo I bought, will not arrive for another 2 weeks.

Everything was great. My order came rather quickly and everything was as expected... EXCEPT the ear powder I had ordered. I ordered a 24 gram bottle and received only the 6 gram bottle in a different brand. I emailed pet edge and they quickly responded that they would send me the 24 gram bottle for free and gave me a shipping number and told me I would get another email when it shipped out. Its been over 2 weeks and I have not received the email notification of it shipping to me and also found that petedge had CHARGED me again and my bank told me I had numerous charges from different states. I truly believe that pet edge is the one who stole my card information! How else would they be able to take money from my account without me knowing? Oh yeah, I emailed them again about the ear powder mix up... its been another week without a response.... really unhappy with the way they are treating me now.

It takes much longer to get items shipped from pet edge compared to other on line stores. Im still waiting for MediStyp powder ordered 7-18-20, which wont ship untill 8-12-20. A month? Really? I only order from you if i have no other option. Products are good, but service needs a LOT of improvement .
