With our shipping we ask that you allow 24/48 hours for processing, and 3-7 business days for shipping, and we don't include Saturday and Sunday as business days. Thank you for your understanding as a smaller business we don't have as quick of shipping, and we appreciate your support, and thank you for choosing PetEdge.

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely, and saw you had placed your order online. The items you ordered had been on backorder and the website reflects that when placing the order. The shampoos are on backorder until 10/25 and those items have been on backorder for some time as well. Your two items are shipping out as they just came into stock, and the shampoos have an expected date of 10/25 coming into stock. Please call us at 800-738-3343 if you would like us to cancel your shampoos that are on backorder. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we do appreciate your business.

We did review the phone call and didn't find that an expected arrival date was given but rather we informed you of our usual shipping time. Hi there, we received your IG review yesterday, and listened to the call in its entirety and reviewed our cameras in our warehouse. You had JeTara on the phone and she is a fantastic rep., but you seemed upset with this situation instantly. When viewing our cameras from our warehouse there was no dent in the box, so we apologize for the shipping of your product from our vendor that unfortunately had damaged the package. We thank you for bringing this to our attention as we have put in a claim with UPS for the issue. We definitely want to make things convenient for our customers so we are more than happy to just let you keep the item that you have and are also sending you another one that will be dent free leaving our warehouse. We hope that in the future that you will consider that we have no control over what happens after we release an item to our shipping vendor. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, as we appreciate your business!

Hi there, we see your order was placed on 09/27 and it does take 24/48 hrs for processing and packing and 3-7 business days for delivery in which the weekend is not considered business days. We are showing via your tracking that your items will be delivered to you tomorrow. If you didn't receive your tracking info, please call us at 800-738-3343 and we can give it to you. We apologize that you feel we fell short of your delivery expectations however, we are a smaller business, and unless a customer chooses an expedited delivery this is our standard delivery.
