I was able to get answers to my questions. Every one was helpful and pleasant and had excellent communication skills. I got a new electric grooming table. I couldn’t believe how fast it arrived! On top of that it was packaged up to perfection! It was super easy to track the shipment (I needed to be there when it arrived) the shipping tracker was spot on! I’m very happy with my orders and I’m loving the new table! I was able to get the free shipping special! That REALLY helped out the budget! THANK YOU very much for that!😊

To be honest I had stopped using Pet Edge a few years ago due ( pre Covid) to lack of product availability , poor shipping & bad customer service. I desperately needed a specific shampoo and pet edge had the best price and free shipping. If this is my new experience then I will def come back ! My order arrived in perfect condition, price was below other groomer wholesale companies, I didn’t need customer service since my order was perfect. I’m glad the pet edge of 20 years ago is back.
