Item finally arrived after three weeks. Called two weeks out from date of order and customer service rep. said they would call back once they located my order at warehouse. Did not happen. Had to call back to track down item since there was no tracking updates provided. No problems with item once it actually did arrive.

You guys are always very fast when it comes to getting the orders out and I receive them within 2 days even though I click on ground shipping, so that's always been great, But this last time one part of my order was taken to CVS after an attempted delivery at my home. Not sure why they wouldn't deliver some leashes when every other facility just leaves them on my porch. It was a pain because I had to drive to CVS to have the clerk search for 10 mins for a package that should have been left at my home. I know this isn't really your fault I just wanted you to know they dropped the ball this time (unless there was some stranger lurking near their truck or my house).

I used PetEdge for years with dog client equipment. I have ordered from them when they were the old New England Serum Company (I used to go to the store in Topsfield, MA). However, I wish they would drop the minimum order for free shipping down to $50 when it used to be years ago. Also, I ordered a set of clippers that were back ordered. Suddenly the order was dropped without any notice or asking if I wanted to wait for the order. I had to go back and place the order again and hope that as I hit the 30 day mark, again, it would not be cancelled, again. I tried to reach out to customer service by email to ask not to have the order cancelled again, and got no reply. Luckily the clippers arrived today. However, the over all quality of PetEdge is not what it was years ago when I first opened my business. I did all my business with PetEdge and really wanted to try going back.

Nothing in stock If it’s back ordered don’t bother ordering they have no answers for when it will be in or if. They guess at dates and eventually cancel order while you wait

The service was good. However the needed part was on back order for a long time. Need to do a better job of maintaining a parts inventory on hand.

I have rated average because the selection is, well, average. The real issue I have is the website itself. I don't know if there was an 'update' or what, but not showing pricing until categories are chosen is pretty frustrating. Along with the filters being cleared each time you click back to the former page. And then there was the occasional page that looked 'normal', with prices on the page without having to click through to the actual item. Maybe a glitch of some sort, but very frustrating nonetheless. Otherwise, prices are comparative and selection is decent.

The items I did receive were good. The backordered items I have yet to receive. Backorder situation is frustrating. However, I received the back ordered Air Force HV dryer yesterday. I was impressed with the quality of the protective packaging.
