Ordered items. Two of the items ordered arrived on schedule. Two that were back ordered and were to be shipped on 10/5 & 10/7 have not arrived and there is confusion about the delivery. Fed X sent me a notice that they had been shipped with no arrival date. When I called Pet Edge I was told they would be shipped 10/28. Items 040102643156 and 040102643705.

Very disappointed in this provider. I continue to order grooming shampoo through this company. It get a scheduled delivery date and is never shipped. they dont call or respond to inquiries, and when they do I just get an "Oh well we will cancel your order."

It has been very bad... I order more that 1 months ago and my ear cleaning has not arrived yet!.. also the tooth brushes and Shapoo that I ordered are not in their way!

I had two phone calls dropped and needed to repeat when I called to make this order. I know because of Covid you may have employees working from home and I'm prepared to be patient. But when I finally got through the employee didn't seem able to tell me if things were in stock. I knew several items would be back ordered, but only got a small portion of the order with no explanation.

I have not been able to effectively use the website to make my order. It does not allow the order to move forward to be processed. Thus, I have had to call and the representatives do not appear to be thrilled about their job or helping a customer. I can understand that because of the manner in which you misrepresented promotions during a recent "sale". It was anything but that. I noted that all the items I looked to purchase were labeled "temporarily out of stock" and t"he minute" the "sale" ended, the items (clippers) were back in stock. The company (PetEdge) simply did not want to honor its "offer" to its customers. That is a really unethical way of doing business.

Excellent service, my items arrived on time and in good condition to my country, unfortunately when I wanted to make another purchase on the website, they did not let me enter my address data again, I sent an email to the administrators of the website and they They replied that it was not the address that I gave them as it really was, so much so that it came to my address

I got a defective item and you said need send it back for make a return but I didn’t get the return label then really need my items or money back asap
