This is my 1st time buying from PedEdge, The online portal was easy to use. I was able to move from one screen with ease. The abundance of products for pets will draw me back over and over again.

Good blade products for a decent price. The only problem I have had with PetEdge is their refusal to take me off their hard copy mailing list. I have called their customer service reps several times during the past year to ask them to stop sending me their catalog in the mail, and I am told by the rep that they will take my name and address off the list, but I still get the catalog in my mailbox every month. Since I order from the online catalog, it goes right into my recycle bin, a total waste of paper and postage.

The kindness of customer service and professional. My table had a dirty mat, no remote and the keys were missing. I was bummed as I was so excited to try the light in the table. Like a Child with a new toy, I was excited. However customer service came through and sent out new Mat, keys and remote. I was pleased.

Pet Edge had the product that I was looking for at a good price w no extra shipping costs. The missing star is about the website not letting me place an order online - had to spend more time placing this order than I should've had to spend. I had to call customer service, and I spoke with a female service rep that was terrific. She sounds like a good human being and was very helpful. She explained that there was a technical problem on the website that was being 'worked on'.

Everything with the order was perfect as always. I would like to see you lower your Free shipping. Most places give you free shipping with $49.00. This would really help your customers.
